① Cutter
A machine that cuts paper chipboards to millimeters
Previously, we had a 1,000mm wide machine installed, but due to demand we introduced a 1,100mm machine which can fit a 4-6 size paper (1,091 x 788mm ready-made size) placed sideways, making it possible to cut items with a maximum width of 1,100mm and depth of 1,100mm.
② Corner line
Semi-automatic corner cutting machine
Corner lines have evolved from the conventional method of drawing lines. They not only draw lines on the chipboard, but also automatically cut the four corners at the same time, resulting in a clean cut. There is also less shavings, which reduces the problem of foreign matter contamination.

Our company has introduced a gluing machine with a belt width of 500 mm, which allows us to produce large pasted boxes for wedding cakes, ceramics, etc. In addition, for small items, we can manufacture two types of pasted boxes at once, allowing us to expand production volume and handle a wide variety of pasted boxes.

⑥ F4
A machine that wraps the main body in stickers
The adhesive is applied to the top or bottom of the body on the sticker that comes out of the glue applicator, and then set into the wooden mold. When you press the switch, the wooden mold automatically lowers and completes the process of attaching the product to the body up to the point just before the center fold.
⑦ Rapper
Like the F4, it is an excellent machine that sets the wooden mold and also folds the center at the same time to make a finished product. Dedicated wooden molds are required (2 lid plates + 2 metal plates) (2 bottom plates + 2 metal plates)
⑧ Folding machine
A machine that folds stickers with four sides folded inside the box
Boxes that have been pasted by hand or processed with F4 are folded in two places at a time with a folding machine to complete the pasted box.
