Bunshi Japan Co., Ltd. has formulated a general employer action plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation.

Time frame for the action plan:August 1, 2021 - July 31, 2026

● Goal
Based on the provisions of Article 12, Paragraph 1 or 4 of the Promotion of Measures to Support the Development of the Next Generation, we provide young people with work experience opportunities such as internships, hire them through trial employment, ensure fair recruitment and hiring opportunities, and improve other employment management, or promote vocational training.

General employer action plan based on the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace


We have formulated the following action plan to increase opportunities for women to return to the workforce and to create a workplace where we can grow together through employment.

(1) Planning period: August 1, 2021 - July 31, 2026

(2) Goal: Attempt to set a re-employment rate of 50% for female employees who left the company due to circumstances such as childcare, elderly care, or spouse's transfer, if they wish.

(3) Implementation date: September 1, 2021

(4) Details of initiatives: If a female employee who has left the company for personal reasons, such as childcare, elderly care, or a spouse’s transfer, requests to return to work, the company will give positive consideration to this.
